Between the rows of vines – volunteer hearts: Discount Bank employees arrived this morning at the “Zoharim” youth village vineyard to help students with the grape harvest.
This morning, employees of Discount Bank, led by the bank’s CEO, Mr. Avi Levy, broke free from their routine, went out to the field, took baskets and harvest together with the students of the “Zoharim” youth village in the village’s vineyard.
In times when the words “giving” and “community” sound cliché, today the bank’s employees showed us their power. Bankers with dirty gloves, a CEO sweating alongside teenagers, a small smile from a teenager who feels that they are being listened to, cooperation that is not just words – but action.
